The scenic Agistri is the smallest island in the Saronic Gulf. In ancient times the island was called Kekrifalia meaning 'Embellished Head'. The highest peak of the island barely reaches the 250 meters. Morphologically, the island is characterized by low verdant hilly areas dominated by pine and oak where in many parts reach the shore.
