Aegina is located in the Saronic Gulf and is 16 nautical miles from Piraeus. Along with Salamis, Hydra, Spetses, Poros, Agistri, Dokos and other smaller islands are the islands of the Saronic Gulf. Its capital city, also called Aegina is its most important port.

The climate favors the production of peanuts, a product for which it is famous. It has beautiful beaches for all tastes, fishing villages and many places for food and entertainment. If you are friends agrotourism don’t forget to visit the island Moni (Monastery).
