Spetses is one of the most famous and popular islands of the Saronic Gulf, and is very near the Argolis peninsula. The islands neighbor is the Spetsopoula, Saint John and the Little Bourboulo.

The highest peak of the Prophet Elias has an altitude of 291 meters. Spetses have many pine trees and much land of the island is cultivated with olives, grapes and figs.

Because of their close proximity to Athens is selected for frequent short getaways and is also considered as one of the most cosmopolitan islands, because of its visitors.
