The Goulandris Natural History Museum is located in Kifissia, a northern suburb of Athens, at the address 13 Levidou Street. The Museum was founded in 1964 in order to aware the public on the study, preservation and protection of the natural environment and the endangered species of Greece. The exhibits of the Museum are classified in the following colections: 'Botanic', 'Zoology', 'Insects', 'Invertebrates', 'Geology' and 'Paleontology'.

Moreover, the garden of the museum includes significant flora species. Mind as well, the shop of the Museum where you can find rare publicatons of the institution.

Useful information
Goulandris Natural History Museum is open to the public daily except for Mondays. Access to the museum is possible by metro (Line 1) from the terminal station "Kifissia".
