Plaka is a typical Cycladic capital with narrow cobbled streets, quaint little shops and the Venetian castle of the 13th century. Adamas is the main port of the island and one of the safest in the entire Mediterranean. In Adamas beats the heart of the island all day and night. Here you will find many shops, restaurants and cafes. Pollonia or Apollonia is a picturesque fishing village and the second port of Milos. From here departure the ships for the neighboring island of Kimolos. At the seafront of the village is formed a scenic beach hosting taverns and cafes. All the beaches of the island are characterized by crystal clear waters and beautiful natural scenery. The most famous beaches are Sarakiniko and Kleftiko with their impressive landforms.
